Account Registration and KYC

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, notify gtg99 support immediately.
gtg99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. General Bonus Conditions

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

- The account holder is found to be under the age of 21, or to have registered an account on behalf of a minor.
- The account holder has opened multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person policy, or the account is found to be a duplicate of an already-closed or self-excluded account.
Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — for example, at your own request — the remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are not returned in any account closure scenario.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the gtg99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and software — is the property of gtg99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gtg99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial loss, even if gtg99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gtg99's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gtg99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gtg99 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
11. Amendments and Governing Law
gtg99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gtg99 will notify registered account holders by email or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through gtg99's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority. gtg99 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. A waiver by gtg99 of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
